3 years ago, I made a life-changing decision—I quit sugar. What started as a small challenge quickly turned into a journey of transformation. I experienced incredible changes in my body and mind: better energy, clearer skin, improved fitness, and a whole new relationship with food.
At first, it wasn’t easy. Like many, I was hooked on sugar without even realizing it. But as I began to cut it out of my life, I discovered ways to make it not only manageable but enjoyable.
